Celebrity Oklin Fia Is Only Asked To Clarify At The Central Jakarta Police Regarding 'Criminal Ice' Content

The Central Jakarta Metro Police will immediately summon the Oklin Fia celebrity related to cases of violations of decency and blasphemy reported by PB SMMI. The summons to the Oklin Fia celebrity is an agenda for clarification.

"Hopefully in the near future we will invite the reported party, this is still an invitation to clarify," said Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Komarudin when confirmed, Friday, August 18.

In addition, Central Jakarta Metro Police investigators will also ask for information from a number of experts regarding reports from PB SMMI.

"Our plan is to ask the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) whether it is categorized as an act or an act that leads to pornography," he said.

In addition to coordinating with MUI, the Central Jakarta Metro Police will also ask for information from Kominfo regarding ITE elements.

Previously, it was reported that Selebgram Oklin Fia was reported by the management of the Indonesian Muslim student union (PB SMMI) to the Central Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters on Monday, August 14.

Head of Legal and Human Rights Division of PB SMMI Desert Arisastra said his party reported Oklin Fia because he thought the celebgram had violated religious decency and blasphemy.

"He made content on social media wearing a headscarf, biting ice cream while sitting in front of a man's genitals is outrageous. We consider his actions as cheap social assistance," the Desert told reporters, Wednesday, August 16.
