Daily Workers Found Dead Hit By Train At The Senen Area Illegal Crossing

JAKARTA - Simon (77) an elderly resident of Jalan Tanah Tinggi Sawah No. 17 RT 07 RW 07, Johar Baru, Central Jakarta died tragically. The head broke as a result of being hit by a train at the Kramat alley crossing, Senen, Central Jakarta.

"When this victim was found dead, the information was hit by a train," said Senen Police Chief, Kompol David Purba when contacted, Wednesday, August 16.

Kompol David said it was possible that the victim died while crossing the road on the edge of the railroad tracks. The distance found by the victim with the rail is quite close.

"The victim was hit by a train from Senen to Jatinegara," he said.

In this case, the police have examined two witnesses. Train crossing security officers and local residents. It is known that the victim has often passed the road.

"That's the border between Senen and Johar Baru and the victim has often passed that road. The victim is known to work as a freelancer," he said.
