JAKARTA - In order to welcome the 78th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, Karen Afralia Nijsen and her lover Fauzan Rachmansyah, held an educational and caring activity, with the theme One Step One Work, BKKB Paud Flamboyan II, on Jalan Cipinang Muara Ilir RT 01 RW 05, Jatinegara, East Jakarta, Tuesday 15 August 2023.

Karen Nijsen admitted that he was very happy to initiate the program and form the One Step One Work Community.

Meanwhile, Fauzan admitted that he was very supportive of what Karen did in welcoming Indonesia's independence day.

In this activity, Fauzan and Karen provide education to children, from starting learning English, confirming children's ideals, to playing with children.

"When we see small children, friends here seem to see the future of the nation, for that we are enthusiastic about becoming volunteers in this struggle," he said.

Fauzan hopes that more people can get involved in this program. Moreover, there are still many educational places for early childhood who still need attention, due to lack of facilities and students.

"This program is expected to be more involved in it in order to reach all parts of Indonesia," he added.

The hope of Karen and her lover together with all volunteers to visit PAUD in Jakarta to all over Indonesia to build a better early childhood education program in the future.
