Ministry Of Religion: Photos Of Al-Qur'an Mushaf Printing Errors Have Circulated Many Times

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Religion said that photos of the misprinting of the Al-Qur'an mushaf sheet published by the Al-Quran Waqf Agency (BWA) have been circulating many times on social media since 2022. "The Lajnah Pentashihan Mushaf of the Koran (LPMQ) of the Ministry of Religion's Research and Training Agency has provided an explanation since the first time this photo was circulated in April 2022," said Head of the Ministry of Religion's Public Relations, Data and Information Bureau (HDI), Ahmad Fauzin in Jakarta, Antara, Sunday, August 13. Fauzin said that his party recorded the same photo as this, at least four times. The photo first circulated in April 2022, then went viral again in October 2022. Then, on Saturday, it was widely discussed on social media again. The photo was even uploaded by the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs through his personal Twitter account.
