Surakarta City Police arrested the perpetrator of the car theft at the house of Jalan Petir Ngasinan, Jebres, Solo by confiscating evidence of the Honda City car Nopol AD 1248 TH.

"We received a report by the victim and immediately conducted an investigation and arrested the perpetrator in Solo, Monday (31/7)," he said.

The perpetrator of the theft case took the car by looking for the owner's negligence when the house was empty and the door of the house was unlocked and the car keys and STNK were at the middle table.

"We managed to uncover the case, through witness testimony and CCTV footage at the victim's house," he said.

The perpetrator's actions can be charged with 363 paragraph (1) of the 3e Criminal Code, concerning the Crime of Theft, with the threat of imprisonment for seven years.
