President Jokowi Scheduled To Inaugurate Bengkulu-Taba Tanjung Toll Road

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) is scheduled to inaugurate the Bengkulu-Taba Penjung Toll Road in Bengkulu City, and review the BPJS program facilities at Kepahiang Hospital, Kepahiang Regency during a working visit today.

Reported by ANTARA, Thursday, July 20, before the toll road inauguration ceremony, President Jokowi will first review SMK Negeri 2 of Central Bengkulu Regency, as quoted from a statement from the Press Bureau of the Presidential Secretariat received in Jakarta.

From SMKN 2 Central Bengkulu, the Head of State will go to Srikuncoro Health Center, Central Bengkulu Regency to review the activities of the Joint Movement (Geber) Against Stunting or chronic malnutrition.

After inaugurating the Bengkulu-Taba Penjung toll road, the President is scheduled to distribute a number of social assistance to traders at Kepahiang Market, Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu.

After that, the President will go to the Kepahiang Regional General Hospital (RSUD) to review BPJS program facilities and TB or Tubercolosis treatment.

In the afternoon, President Jokowi will review SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City. The agenda for the second day of the Head of State in Bengkulu ended with a review of Pasar Minggu, Bengkulu City.

President Jokowi arrived in Bengkulu Province on Wednesday (20/7) afternoon to make a series of work visits scheduled for Friday (21/7).

A series of presidential visits were carried out in five areas, namely Bengkulu City, Central Bengkulu Regency, Kepahiang Regency, Seluma Regency and North Bengkulu Regency.

The Taba Penanjung' Bengkulu Toll Road has a main road that is spread along 17.6 km, and is part of the Lubuk Linggau 'Curup' Bengkulu Toll Road which has a total length of 96 km.
