JAKARTA - The Class I Immigration Office for Non-Immigration Checkpoints (TPI) of South Jakarta until mid-2023 has taken action against 45 foreign nationals (WNA) through a joint operation of a foreign surveillance team (timpora).

"The purpose of this team is to deal with the rise of issues that have the potential to disrupt national security which is our responsibility," he said.

Similarly, the Head of the Class I Immigration Office for Non-TPI South Jakarta, Feluka Sengky Ratna, added that the timpora was a manifestation of synergy between agencies.

Moreover, he continued, this joint operation will continue to be carried out regularly as part of law enforcement efforts by the South Jakarta Immigration Office.

"It is hoped that every personnel involved will always coordinate and be sensitive to any indication of violations by foreigners," said Sengky.
