SITUBONDO - Situbondo Police Satreskrim investigator, East Java, is still investigating the alleged murder of a man from Probolinggo who was found dead full of stab wounds to his head, in the teak forest of the Tampora Beach tourist area.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Situbondo Police, AKP Dhedi Ardi Putra, said that until now the police had examined or questioned witnesses including the family of the victim Awaluddim Ramadhani (16), a resident of Keraksaan Wetan Village, Kraksaan District.

"After our investigators questioned the witness from his family, the victim then came out of the house carrying a motorbike and did not go home. We are still asking for information from other witnesses when the victim left the house with anyone," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Sunday, July 2.

The victim of the alleged murder in the forest of the Tampora Beach tourist area, Kalianget Village, Banyuglugur District, continued AKP Dhedi, was found dead and in the front and back of the head there were several stab wounds of sharp weapons.

In addition to the victim's body, he said, mineral water bottles were also found and there were remaining alcoholic beverages and bloodstains around the location where the victim was found face down.

"We are still investigating whether the victim was executed at that location, or the perpetrator executed him elsewhere, then dumped him into the teak forest. Because there were few blood marks at the location," said AKP Dhedi.

The police examined the witness from the victim's family, namely the victim's brother and mother. The victim's sister admitted that she saw her sister riding a motorcycle alone to the east (direction to Situbondo).
