JAKARTA - Despite undergoing worship in the holy land, Central Java Governor Ganjar Prabowo continues to monitor what residents have complained about through social media. Through complaints on Twitter, Ganjar cleared complaints from residents about damaged roads for less than 24 hours.

Reports were sent from the @Budimaryono account that uploaded photos and videos on his Twitter account. The video that was sent was in the form of a recording when he gave a sign using paint on a potholed road section.

"Nyuwun Pangapunten for parties related to the Pantura jl Kalibanger road on the south side, for repairing road bumps. Here, I often take victims, while I have made paint signs, but they are not effective. Cc: @dpupr_pkl @pemkotpkl @ganjarpranowo, "wrote the account reporting damaged roads in Pekalongan, Central Java.

Ganjar Pranowo defetly responded to the complaint and coordinated with the person in charge of the road which turned out to be the National Road. It didn't take long, less than 24 hours for repairs to be done immediately.

The governor then uploaded the results of the road repair and marked the @Budimaryono account as a reporting resident by embedding 2 photos showing the process of being repaired moderately and had been carried out from road repairs.

"It's been handled, bro. Maturnuwun @puprjalanjtgdy is already gercep," wrote Ganjar Pranowo in the photo caption.

This kind of fast and efficient work is not the first time that Ganjar Pranowo has shown himself to run his government. He also received reports of road damage through the LaporGub channel on May 12, 2023, and then he immediately went down to the location. 5 days later, on June 17, 2023, the road has been repaired successfully.

The same story also came from his area, Kendal, who at that time was a resident named David, reporting the damage to the Weleri-Sokorejo road, precisely in Pegeruyung Village. The resident reported through the Cantik Street application on Monday, March 13, 2023. Not long after 2 days, the officers immediately went down and covered the damaged road with new asphalt.
