JAKARTA The Presidential Chief of Staff Moeldoko attended the 2nd Manggarai Cultural Festival (FBM), at the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Pavilion, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta, Sunday, June 26.
