JAKARTA - For the Chairperson of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Puan Maharani, Pekan Raya Jakarta (PRJ) or Jakarta Fair 2023 has become the driving force for the economy in the capital city.

Puan visited PRJ which took place at JIEXPO, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, Sunday, June 18 last night. At PRJ, every year thousands of people gather to celebrate big festivals that not only provide entertainment, but also various profitable business opportunities.

After being satisfied with enjoying telor crustal meals, Puan, who spent her evening at PRJ, also enjoyed the concert stage which was enlivened by Indonesian musicians. Last night, PRJ visitors were presented with melodious strains from the grub of Pitu and Noah's bands.

On the sidelines of enjoying entertainment, Puan revealed that Jakarta needs multi-activities such as the Jakarta Fair. Moreover, there is a complete entertainment stage, game, culinary, and automotive.

"This is a trade exhibition that shows a variety of products and services from various industrial sectors. All products are here, so residents can shop as well as travel," said Puan.

In addition, Bung Karno's grandson also explained that the big entertainment stage in the area often hosts music concerts, art performances, and various competition events that attract the attention of thousands of visitors every day.

"In addition to the entertainment stage, the organizers also present a ride that is an attraction for families and children," he explained.

Before leaving the location, Puan and her entourage tried to taste processed seafood at the Mister Monsters kiosk. He also said that the PRJ, which is the largest and longest event in Southeast Asia, is the development of the Indonesian people, especially Jakarta residents.

"Hopefully I can be given the opportunity to return to visit here every year. And I and the whole community hope that this event can be held every year," concluded Puan.
