Then a letter of confiscation of PRINT-308/Q.1.15/Fd.1/03/2023 was also issued on June 16, 2023. That the Aru Islands District Health Office in 2019 received a budget for the construction of the Longgar Health Center in accordance with the construction work package letter for the construction of the Longgar Health Center Number 600.1/725/SP/DAK/2019 dated July 18, 2019, worth IDR 6.582 billion. "The funds come from the state budget (APBN) for the 2019 special allocation fund (DAK)," explained Adhy Kusumo. Then the prosecutor for special criminal investigations based on the investigation warrant of the Aru Islands Kejari number: PRINT-124/Q.1.15/Fd.1/03/2023 dated March 13, 2023, has carried out the process of investigating the project. So that it was found that there was sufficient evidence that there had been an unlawful act that caused state financial losses and this was supported by an expert LHP from the Manado State Polytechnic, North Sulawesi. "Based on the results of expert examinations of the work volume and quality of the work of the Longgar Health Center, it can be concluded that the work is categorized as part of the work item that failed construction," he said. In addition, experts found a difference in the value of the work that had been done with a contract value of Rp1,559 billion. Furthermore, this evidence in the form of cash will be deposited in another government account (RPL) of the Aru Islands District Attorney and will be deposited in the state treasury.
