DKI Provincial Government Asks HIPPI To Make MSMEs Up In Class After The Capital Move

Head of the Department of Manpower, Transmigration and Energy, Hari Nugroho invites entrepreneurs who are members of the DKI Jakarta Indigenous Entrepreneurs Association (HIPPI) to develop micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

The reduction of MSMEs to upgrade is important, considering that Jakarta will leave the status of the capital city of Indonesia after the transfer of the state capital city (IKN) to the archipelago, East Kalimantan.

"The existence of HIPPI DKI Jakarta as an organization, most of which are MSME actors, is a strategic partner of the DKI Provincial Government in the development of MSMEs so that they can advance to class and be competitive," said Hari Nugroho during the inauguration and inauguration of the DKI Jakarta HIPPI Management 2022-2027, Thursday, June 8.

Hari berujar, Jakarta bakal menjadi pusat ekonomi global setelah pergerakan ibu kota. Maka, ia ingin peran strategis Jakarta sebagai penopang utama pembangunan ekonomi nasional akan terus berlanjut.

"Even though it is no longer the nation's capital, Jakarta will act as a center of trade, financial services, investment and service centers as well as global business activities supported by a digital and sustainable ecosystem," he explained.

Today, the General Chairperson of the HIPPI DPP, Suryani SF Motik inaugurated and inaugurated the DPD DPD HIPPI DKI Jakarta 2022-2027 with General Chair Uchi Hardiman, General Secretary Fauzan Fadel Muhammad and General Treasurer Laja Lapian.

The chairman of the DKI Jakarta HIPPI DPD, Uchi Hardiman, asked the DKI Provincial Government not to hesitate to involve HIPPI members in the Jakarta development program. He hopes that the DKI Jakarta HIPPI will play an important role in Jakarta's economic development in the future.

"The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government can synergize with us and make HIPPI DKI Jakarta a strategic partner that can be taken into account because we have competent entrepreneurs who can help build Jakarta," said Uchi.

"Of course, the role of HIPPI will be very influential in advancing the economy going forward. We know that there is a threat of economic recession, a global crisis. However, Indonesia has no impact because of the strength of SMEs, SMEs and MSMEs. Well, one of the HIPPI programs is to advance and develop SMEs, SMEs and MSMEs," he added.
