Spa Therapists In Legian Who Molested Teenage Girls For Aussie Arrested By Police

Denpasar Police have arrested a spa therapist ZAM (26) who is suspected of molesting a teenage female Australian citizen.

Denpasar Police Chief Bambang Yugo Pamungkas stated that the sexual abuse incident by the spa employee took place at Eden Green Spa, Legian, Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 11.30 WITA.

The victim and his family who came to Bali for a vacation arrived on May 23, 2023.

Bambang said the victim who came to Spa at that time was aimed at conducting a number of treatment Spa. The victim chose treatment which lasted an hour.

At that time, the perpetrator launched his action by committing acts of sexual abuse against the victim, who at that time was in different rooms from his family.

As a result of the perpetrator's actions, the victim felt scared and told the story to his family. The victim's family also reported to the Denpasar Police to immediately process the perpetrator.

The perpetrator, who had only worked for three weeks, committed sexual immorality because he could not hold back his lust.

"The perpetrator's motive is because the perpetrator has a desire to see the victim so that the person concerned spontaneously has a desire that cannot be dammed," said Denpasar Police Chief as reported by ANTARA, Monday, June 5.

Based on the report from the victim, the police immediately arrested the perpetrator and were immediately named a suspect.

The perpetrator was charged with Article 76 e Juncto Article 82 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law No. 23 of 2022 concerning child protection with a penalty of 15 years in prison and a maximum fine of IDR 5 billion.

To uncover the case, Denpasar Police investigators have examined five witnesses and the perpetrator himself admitted his actions.

Bambang said the victim had returned to his country two days after reporting the incident to the Denpasar Police.
