The Task Force for Handling State Collection Rights for the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance Fund (BLBI Task Force) has physically controlled property assets in the form of land and ex-BLBI buildings to resolve and restore state rights from BLBI funds.

Head of the BLBI Task Force Rionald Silaban revealed that physical control was carried out through the installation of an asset security sign in the form of a land area of approximately 538,000 m2 with an asset value that was in the process of being assessed.

The land is located in Cipayungjaya Village, Bojonggede District, Bogor Regency (now Cipayungjaya Village, Cipayung District, Depok City), West Java, according to the Decree of the Head of the West Java Provincial BPN Regional Office Number 960/HGB/KWBPN/1997 dated October 29, 1997, recorded on behalf of PT Tjitajak, with a loan settlement agreement on December 11, 1998.

These assets are Secured Goods Taken Over (BJDA) of the former PT Bank Central Trade/ex debtor of PT Mitra Unggul Bina Nusa and are calculated as a reducer of PT Bank Central Trade obligations by the National Bank Restructuring Agency (BPPN).

Assets have been recorded as state-owned assets in the Financial Statements of the Central Government/Special Transaction Financial Reports, which are currently managed by the Ministry of Finance through the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN).

The physical control of ex-BPPN/ex-BLBI property assets was carried out by the BLBI Task Force starting with a morning rally at 08.00 WIB by all officers and followed by installation of signposts at 15 location points.

The physical control of the assets in question is carried out by the BLBI Task Force led by Rionald Silaban as the Head of the BLBI Task Force together with Purnama Sianturi as the Head of the Secretariat of the BLBI Task Force, Secretary of DJKN Dedi Syarif Usman, Head of the West Java DJKN Regional Office Tavianto Noegroho, as well as the Head of the Bogor KPKNL and his staff.

The security was carried out with assistance from the BLBI Bareskrim Polri Gakkum Task Force led by Kombes Pol. Yuldi Yusman, AKBP Agus Waluyo, and Kompol Taat Resdi and his staff.

The BLBI Task Force in enforcing state rights will certainly provide space if there are other parties who object to legal remedies in accordance with applicable regulations. The property assets of the former BLBI are a priority for handling by the BLBI Task Force.

For the assets that have been carried out by physical control, management optimization will be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. For the next stage, the BLBI Task Force has planned acts of physical control over property assets spread across various cities/regencies in Indonesia.
