Heru Budi Hartono Asks North Jakarta Mayor To Check Troubled Shophouses At Pluit

JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono asked the Mayor of North Jakarta to check the shophouse (ruko) building in Blok Z8 Selatan, RT11/03 Pluit Village, Penjaringan which was considered to occupy the Commercial Road space which was originally intended for social and public facilities (fasos and fasum).

"The building has been around for a long time, the important thing is according to the rules of the North Jakarta City Government," Heru said in the Monas area as quoted by Antara, Saturday night.

In addition, Heru also asked the Mayor of North Jakarta to check the route up to the Building Permit (IMB) of the shophouse in Pluit.

Then, Heru also asked the shop owner to dismantle the building that was standing on the shoulder of the road.

"Yes, if you can dismantle it yourself, it's according to the rules. What are the rules," said Heru.

Previously, Head of the North Jakarta City Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Land Sub-dept. Jogi Harjudanto in his statement in North Jakarta, Saturday, said the results of the examination of PT Jawa Barat Indah as the developer of the shophouse on Jalan Niaga Pluit found that the social-fasum facilities had been handed over to the Pluit Land Management Agency (BPL) or now known as PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda).

Therefore, an intense technical coordination meeting will be held in the next one to two days, with an agenda for collecting data and documents.

Of course, said Jogi, PT Jawa Barat Indah and PT Jakpro (Perseroda) will be involved in the meeting with the facilitator from the North Jakarta City Government.
