CIREBON - A series of accidents occurred on the Palimanan-Kanci (Palikanci) toll road KM 193 on Saturday, April 15, WIB. As a result of this accident, one person was declared dead on the spot.

The accident involved four vehicles, namely box vehicles number K-1804-TS, two Kijang Innova B-2632-BFV and B-2241-SXJ cars, and Livina K-8755-BH cars.
"We have taken the victim to the hospital in Cirebon City, while the injured person was taken to Mitra Plumbon Hospital," he said.
Ardi added that for the chronology of the accident, the K-1804-TS box vehicle drove from the direction of Jakarta and when it arrived at the location was less anticipated and hit three vehicles in front of it.
According to him, the minibus vehicle is slowing down because there are other vehicles in front of it rolling.
"The driver of the box vehicle was not careful, so he hit three cars and resulted in the driver's death," he said.
