Bakti KOMINFO held a national webinar with the theme 'Effective and Productive Digital Communicating Cultivation' on Wednesday, April 12.

This event was attended by approximately 200 participants from various regions in Indonesia, especially the Tulungagung area. The targets and targets of participants from this seminar are millennials, teachers, and also parents so that the urgency of creating digital capable can be spread evenly.

This seminar is hosted by Erwin Eliap as a moderator and is filled by four extraordinary speakers with the same theme.

The event started at 14.30 WIB starting by singing the Indonesian national anthem and entertainment performances. Then continued with three presentations of seminar material with a duration of 60 minutes, Ended with a question and answer session and a group photo.

The first material was delivered by Mr. Ismail Cawidu, Lecturer of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. In his presentation of the material, he conveyed and advised that the virtual world has become like the real world because half of our breaths have been spent in cyberspace

"Therefore, it is important for us to be digital cultured. The goal of digital culture is to facilitate and accelerate work, expand networks, create innovation and creativity, and expand business, and avoid crime," he said.

The second material was delivered by Mr. Rijal Abdulloh as the Tulung Agung Youth Leader. In his presentation of the material, he explained that the impact of social media is very large, digital communication must be careful with algorithms.

"If it is not processed properly then without realizing it we will be regulated by an algorithm or stuck with an algorithm. The advantage of social media is the first profitability or profit. Then the second is profit-oriented. Where there we do not get profit but gain new insight and knowledge that can improve our quality in thinking," he explained.

The third material was delivered by Sabrina Dwi as Social Media and MSME Activist. In his presentation of the material, he explained that there was a change in the customer algorithm after COVID-19. There was a decline in sales of almost 70 percent.

"The trick to continue living amidst the decline in profit through social media is to open endorsement services. The way to increase views on social media is to create interesting and trending content as quickly as possible," he explained.

The last material was delivered by IR. A. Rizki Sadig, M.Si. as a digital literacy activist. In his presentation of the material, he explained that at this time, all aspects of life cannot be separated from the digital world.

"For example, small ones like shopping, now we don't have to come to the market or mall for shopping because everything can be done digitally. Therefore, like it or not, like it or not, we must be able to adapt to the digital world. We must continue to learn digital developments so that we can compete with the outside world," he said.
