JAKARTA - Brigadier General Endar Priantoro's steps to report KPK Secretary General Cahya H. Harefa and KPK HR Bureau Head Zuraida Retno to Polda Metro Jaya were responded to by the Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri. This report is considered inappropriate because employee disputes should be resolved through administrative efforts.

"Testing on abuse of authority or not, wrong procedures, or not or wrong substance or not is the domain of the State Administrative Court (PTUN)," Ali said in a written statement, Wednesday, April 12.

"So it is not appropriate if (the dismissal, ed) is brought to the criminal realm related to the abuse of authority in question," he continued.

Ali ensured that the process of dismissing Endar as Director of Investigation of the KPK was in accordance with the rules. Moreover, before he was dismissed, the KPK proposed career development for Endar to the Police.

Not only that, the KPK has sent a letter of presence to the letter of dismissal with respect. "At this time Mr. Endar Priantoro is currently attending education in Lemhanas, which is an education for developing competencies," he said.

Previously, Endar reported Cahya and Zuraida to Polda Metro Jaya after being removed from the position of Director of Investigation of the KPK. The report was because he considered his dismissal to be against the rules.

"The lower problem in the dismissal decree was at the point of considering that there was no reason why Mr. Endar was returned to the police," said Brigadier General Endar Priantoro's lawyer, Rakhmat Mulyana when confirmed, Wednesday, April 12.
