The Commander Calls The Indonesian Air Force To Develop Into A Military Organization Increasingly Modern

TNI Commander Admiral Yudo Margono said the Indonesian Air Force (AU) had grown into an increasingly modern military organization.

"Along the nation's journey, the Indonesian Air Force has grown to become a military organization that is increasingly modern and loved by the people," Yudo said in his mandate when quoted from Antara, Sunday, April 9.

The Indonesian Air Force held parade and defile ceremonies in commemoration of the 76th Anniversary of the Indonesian Air Force with the theme, professional, modern, and tough, as an Air Force that is respected in the region.

"This theme shows the commitment of the Indonesian Air Force to continue to improve its capabilities in order to deal with complex threat spectra," he said.

Yudo also reminded that currently the world situation is facing tough challenges after the COVID-19 pandemic subsided.

The world is being hit by food crises, energy crises, and financial crises. The Russo-Ukrainian war has further clouded the world's geopolitical situation which is full of uncertainty and is heating up.

"The Indonesian Air Force, as an inseparable part of the Indonesian National Army, must be able to adapt and prepare for various possible scenarios," he said.

In addition, Yudo advised all personnel to create a strong Indonesian Air Force starting from oneself, growing pride, fighting spirit, honor, so that they become individuals who never give up and are always part of the solution.

"I believe the Indonesian Air Force will be able to become an air force that is respected in the region, a force that is able to protect and protect the entire nation and the whole blood spills at all times," said Yudo.
