Non-PNS Madarasah Teachers Note! Application For Incentive Allowances Opened Until April 7

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Religion has submitted applications for incentive benefits for Raudhatul Athfal (RA) and non-civil servant madrasas (PNS) teachers. The reason is, it is open until April 7, 2023.

"The application for incentive benefits for RA teachers, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs), and Madrasah Aliyah (MA) not Civil Servants (PNS) has been opened until April 7, 2023," said Director General of Islamic Education, Ministry of Religion, M Ali Ramdhani quoting Antara.

He said, this year the Ministry of Religion has prepared a budget for incentive benefits for RA and non-civil servant madrasas teachers of Rp324 billion for 216,461 non-civil servant teachers throughout Indonesia.

He stated that the provision of functional allowances for non-civil servant teachers is contained in the Decree of the Minister of Religion (KMA) Number 1 of 2018.

"This incentive allowance is given as an appreciation for the role of teachers, as well as motivating them in carrying out their duties and achieving learning goals," said Dhani, as he is usually called.

He said the welfare of teachers continues to be a serious concern of the government. Because, it is a mandate of law.

Dhani asked the Regional Office of the Provincial Ministry of Religion to socialize the application for this allowance to the Heads of the Islamic Madrasah/Education Section in Regencies/Cities and non-civil servants in their area.

Director of Teachers and Education Personnel (GTK) Madrasah of the Directorate General of Islamic Education, Muhammad Zain, added that the application for incentive allowances was made through the SIMPATIKA account of each teacher.

The technical guidelines for providing incentive benefits for RA teachers and non-civil servant madrasas can be accessed through sympathetic.kemenag.go.id.

"If all requirements are appropriate and complete as per the applicable regulations and regulations, then the submission of incentive benefits will be approved by the Head of the Regency or City Ministry of Religion Office. God willing, in May it will be disbursed," he explained.

The deadline for submitting approval by districts/cities is until April 14, 2023. Teachers who have been approved for their submission are declared candidates for receiving incentive allowances in 2023.

"They will later receive incentive benefits sent through accounts that have been opened collectively of Rp. 250,000 for six months," he said.
