The AG Session Will Be Held By Maraton, Before Eid Al-Fitr It's A Verdict

JAKARTA - Mario Dandy's girlfriend, AG will undergo a marathon trial of the case of severe abuse against the victim, David Ozora. This was done because AG was still a child.

"Because these defendants are children, the detention period is limited to only 10 days plus 15 days. This means only 25 days. That's why the trial will take place every day, especially before Eid leave, so it must be completed more quickly," said Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto to reporters, Thursday, March 30.

Djuyamto also targets the trial with a decision agenda to be held before Eid al-Fitr 2023. Because the detention period of Mario Dandy's lover is limited.

"The point is before the 25-day period ends. Moreover, there is a provision by the Supreme Court that the case has been decided 10 days before the detainees run out. What does that mean? At least seven days or 10 days before the 25-day period ends. So a maximum of 15 days must be decided," he said.

Exception Session

On his occasion, Djuyamto said that today the defendant AG had undergone a follow-up trial with an exception agenda.

"Today's schedule is the delivery of exceptions from the defendant's legal adviser. After that, of course, the judge has given the public prosecutor the opportunity to respond to the exception of the legal advisor, scheduled for tomorrow on Friday," he said.

Previously reported, the Head of the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, said that for the defendant AG, he was charged with several articles, namely the first primary indictment of Article 353 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.

The second indictment is prime Article 355 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 56 of the 2nd Criminal Code Subsidiary Article 353 paragraph (2) Kuhp in conjunction with Article 56 of the 2nd Criminal Code.

"And the third Article 76 C in conjunction with Article 80 paragraph (2) of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2022 concerning child protection," he said.
