Leaked Transactions Of IDR 349 Trillion, MAKI Reports Mahfud And PPATK Next Week

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Anti-Corruption Society (MAKI) will report the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD and the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police regarding the aftermath of the 'correspondence' of odd transaction data of Rp. 349 trillion at the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu). The plan is that the report will be made next week. "Tuesday afternoon I will report," said MAKI Coordinator Boyamin Saiman when confirmed, Saturday, March 25. Busy with several things that became one of the new reasons will report next week. Moreover, currently Boyamin is outside Java. "This week I am still on vacation at Bali. So hopefully next Tuesday I can go to the Criminal Investigation Unit to report allegations of opening the secret with the reported PPATK and also the plan reported by Mr. Mahfud MD," said Boyamin.

Boyamin believes that what PPATK does does does not include violating criminal law because what is conveyed is globally, not individual people who have an impact on harming one person because the secret is revealed. "This is a form of my reverse logic. If later in the police there is no crime what PPATK conveys, it means that what PPATK is doing is correct," said Boyamin.
