Heru Budi Issues Rules For Working Hours For ASN DKI Provincial Government, Enters Work At 7 Morning

JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono issued rules for ASN working hours within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government during Ramadan in 2023 or 1444 Hijri. This is stated in the Decree of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Number 199 of 2023 concerning Working Hours during the Holy Month of Ramadan in 2023 M/1444 H. "Stipulate working hours during the holy month of Ramadan in 2023 M/1444 H for ASN employees who work within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government," Heru wrote in the governor's decree quoted on Tuesday, March 21. In this regulation, on Monday to Thursday, the ASN of the DKI Provincial Government will come to work from 07.00 WIB and return to work at 14.00 WIB. The rest time is 12.00 WIB to 12.30 WIB. Especially on Friday, ASN working hours start at 07.00 WIB until 14.30 WIB. Rest time on Friday at 11.30 WIB until 12.30 WIB. Heru continued, this working hours arrangement does not apply to ASN employees who provide direct services to the community or work in working groups that operate 24 hours per day in turn. Among them are regional public hospital employees, regional special hospitals, health centers, the DKI Fire and Rescue Service, the DKI Transportation Service, the DKI Civil Service Police Unit, and school teachers/guards at the DKI Jakarta Education Office. "The arrangement (work hours) is carried out by each head of the regional apparatus," wrote Heru.
