These Are 10 Brawl-Prone Points In South Jakarta, Police Perform Strict Supervision During Ramadan

JAKARTA - The police mapped a number of points prone to brawls during the holy month of Ramadan 2023. South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi said his party would increase patrols to prevent brawls.

He added that his party would coordinate with the community and public order (kamtibmas).

"580 RW and 70 bhabinkamtibmas police will collaborate with three pillars to maintain security and social order so that South Jakarta is safe and prosperous," he said.

In addition, he also appealed to parents to increase supervision of children so as not to be provoked into the brawl.

"We urge parents to supervise their children not to take part in the invitation to brawls from irresponsible people," said Ade.

The following are points prone to brawls that have been mapped by the South Jakarta Metro Police:

1. Tebet: Manggarai Tunnel, Bukit Duri Street, Manggis 1 Street.

2. Setiabudi: Pasar Rumput, Jalan Bukit Tinggi, Jalan Pariaman.

3. Mampang: Jalan Mampang Prapatan.

4. Kebayoran Baru: Jalan Kaptendean, Jalan Brawijaya Pulo.

5. Kebayoran Lama: Traffic light Pondok Pinang Center.

6. Pesanggrahan: Jalan Pahlawan Bintaro, Jalan Veteran.

7. Pancoran: Duren Tiga, Jalan Kalibata Timur Raya.

8. Pasar Minggu: Round of former Agricultural Railway II.

9. Jagakarsa: Jalan Raya Lenteng Agung.

10. Cilandak: Jalan Terogong Raya.
