The Housing House For Prostitutes Under The Guise Of ART In Tambora Was Revealed From The RW Police Report

The Tambora Police Chief, Kompol Putra Pratama, said that the disclosure of human trafficking or shelters for commercial sex workers (PSK) under the guise of household assistants (ART) began with a report from the RW police which was forwarded to the Tambora Police Chief.

The report contains problems that occurred in RW 10 Pekojan Village regarding the existence of a boarding house that is suspected of being a shelter for prostitutes operating in Gang Royal, North Jakarta.

"I ordered the Criminal Investigation Unit to conduct an investigation. During the Criminal Investigation Unit, many women were found there and raided. There were 39 prostitutes with 4 suspects and 1 DPO suspect. This disclosure was the result of the RW police report," said Kompol Putra to VOI, Monday, March 20.

Putra also explained that in Tambora District there are 96 RWs. This means that with 96 RWs, 96 RWs are stationed.

"The RW police are the police who serve anywhere in the Polda Metro area but they live in the RW. Because everything is not fulfilled, the police who live not too far in the area are also categorized as RW police," he said.

Members of the Tambora Police raided the boarding house for women to become prostitutes in the RW 10 area of Pekojan Village on Thursday, March 16.

The raid began with information given by one of the local community leaders to the police regarding the boarding house as a shelter location for prostitutes.

Based on this information, the police immediately carried out raids at the location. Sure enough, the police immediately found 39 women at the two-story boarding house. In fact, five of them are still minors. They were employed as prostitutes by a pimp with the initials ICA alias Mami.
