JAKARTA - The Golkar Party has signaled that it will hold a meeting with other political parties (political parties) outside the United Indonesia Coalition (KIB) in the near future. The political party has a background in ideological parties and Islamic parties. This was revealed by the Deputy General Chairperson (Waketum) of the Golkar Party, Ahmad Doli Kurnia, to reporters at the Golkar DPP Office, Slipi, West Jakarta, Sunday, March 19. However, he did not clearly mention whether the political parties are parties in parliament or outside parliament. Doli only said that the party was an ideological and Islamic party. "His party is an ideological party. There is an Islamic party, you'll see," said Doli. Regarding KIB, the chairman of Commission II of the DPR emphasized that until now the relationship within the coalition is still maintained. He said, Golkar, PAN and PPP are still very solid even though each party also maintains communication with other political parties. "On this trip we respect the sovereignty of each party, one of which is that every political party can build communication with anyone, including political parties outside KIB. That was what happened before, right," said Doli. "Before forming KIB, our general chairman, Pak Airlangga, also likes to visit and also visit," he added.
