BOGOR - Bogor Resort Police (Polres), West Java, released a case of corpse mutilation in a red suitcase that shocked the public. The police have also arrested DA (35) who has been named a suspect.

Previously, the Head of Bogor Police, Adjunct Senior Commissioner Iman Imanuddin, revealed that this case originated from the story of a same-sex or gay couple between the perpetrator and the victim with the initials R (43).

Iman then explained the beginning of the DA meeting with R. The two of them ended up getting close after the victim often used the services of DA as an online taxi driver.

"The perpetrator first got to know the victim because the victim ordered Grab, then the perpetrator as a Grab driver felt suitable and subscribed, then they lived together," said Iman, as reported by Antara, Saturday, March 18.

Then, the suspects DA and R lived together for about four months in an apartment in the Cisauk area, Tangerang Regency.

Iman said the murder occurred after the two got into an argument. DA killed R using a sharp weapon in the form of a kitchen knife.

"The suspect fought because he was asked to do a hand job by the victim. There was an argument, however, we are still investigating," he said.

Furthermore, DA made efforts to mutilate using a outlet cut. He separated the victim's body by cutting off the head and legs.

"Karena ada rasa ketakutan menghilangkan jatuhnya, kemudian tersangka menggunakan alat gerinda untuk memcut bagian kaki dan bagian kepalanya," kata Kapolres.

The DA suspect then threw pieces of the victim's head and legs along with a gerinda device into the Cimanceuri River, Tangerang. Meanwhile, the victim's body parts were put in a red suitcase and dumped in the Singabang Village area, Tenjo District, Bogor.

"We also received reports from toll road officials, for clothes and bed sheets and other wrapping equipment removed in the Cikupa toll road area and found. Currently, the Tenjo Police have been secured and are on their way to the Bogor Resort Police," he explained.
