Mario Dandy's Camp Calls There Will Be New Suspects In David's Persecution Case

JAKARTA - Mario Dandy Satryo's camp boasted that there would be a new suspect who also ensnared the Trisambodo Square son. This was revealed after Mario was re-examined as a witness.

"Three days ago he was examined as a witness. Maybe there is a potential suspect because he was examined in the BAP as a witness with other suspects," Mario's lawyer, Basri, told reporters, Friday, March 17.

However, when asked further about the figure who would be made a suspect, Basri was reluctant to have an opinion. He only emphasized that this matter is the investigator's authority.

"Whether there are other potential suspects, we don't know. That's the investigator's authority," he said.

"That's the investigator's authority if there are parties involved in this case, why not, right? No one is above the law before the law," continued Basri.

However, Basri seemed to mention the figure of Anastasia Pretya Amanda alias APA. The ex-lover of his client is the party who first provided information about David doing bad things to AG.

"It was conveyed in the BAP. That's a legal fact, so what our client said at the BAP should the investigator trace it. Where is the motive? The investigator must investigate. Don't let it be in AG," he said.

Moreover, said Basri, all statements of the suspect, both Mario and Shane, must be investigated. Thus, the series of cases of persecuting David can be clearly revealed.

"What was conveyed by our client at the BAP that we had to investigate, what was the motive? We have to investigate more deeply, maybe what triggered it? We don't know the investigators who know better. That's the investigator's authority," said Basri.
