Mario Dandy Wears Shoes During Reconstruction To Describe The Real Situation

JAKARTA - Suspect Mario Dandy Satryo is considered privileged for wearing shoes during the reconstruction of the persecution case against David Ozora. The police denied and stated that it was only to describe the actual situation when the action hit and kicked.

Mario's assumption is privileged because in the reconstruction only Mario wore shoes. Meanwhile, Shane was injured using only sandals.

"The shoes were used by MDS moments before the reconstruction began. The shoes belonged to the investigators, lent them to Mario to adjust the actual situation," said Director of General Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hengki Haryadi in his statement, Sunday, March 12.

The use of these shoes is also so that investigators can analyze further about the possible fatality of the injuries suffered by David.

Because, Mario used his shoes when carrying out the persecution in the form of a stepping or kick towards the viral part, namely the head and neck.

"Investigators can analyze that the shoe is an instrumental offense or a crime device that can affect the fatality of the wound to the victim," said Hengki.

The reconstruction of the persecution case by Mario Dandy Satryo against David Ozora has been completed. There are 40 scenes shown by the suspects.

The addition of the scene was because the witness said that there were several scenes that had not been shown in the series of abuse cases.

Meanwhile, the initial number of 37 scenes was based on the examination of the suspects. Then digital forensic results.
