Good News, Teachers In Kaltara Get Incentives Of IDR 650 Thousand Per Month

The North Kalimantan Provincial Government provides incentives for the first quarter of 2023 for teachers and education personnel of IDR 650 thousand per month and will be disbursed starting April 2023.

"This incentive coverage is for teachers and education staff at the Kindergarten, PAUD, SD, and SMP levels," said North Kalimantan Governor Zainal A Paliwang, quoted by Antara, Sunday, March 12.

This incentive will be distributed to 10,438 teachers and education personnel in districts and cities with details of Bulungan Regency 3,087 people, Nunukan Regency 3,371 people, Tarakan City 2,960 people.

As for Tana Tidung Regency, the recipients reached 790 people and Malinau Regency as many as 2,230 people.

The incentives that will be distributed are incentives for the first quarter of 2023, namely January to March. This incentive has increased from IDR 550 thousand per month in 2022 to IDR 650 thousand per month in 2023.

In 2022, the educational qualification requirements for prospective kindergarten teachers who receive incentives are required to be undergraduate, this year high school education qualifications are also entitled to incentives with a record that they have served as teachers for three years and have attended tiered education and training.

"Unlike PAUD teachers, it is proposed as a minimum recipient of the undergraduate standard because PAUD or play group is a private category," said Zainal.

In total, the North Kalimantan Provincial Government has allocated an incentive fund for teachers and education personnel of Rp. 100 billion in the 2023 APBD. The distribution scheme will be sent to the Regency/City Government account to then be sent to the accounts of each recipient in the regions.
