JAKARTA - AG's lawyer, Mangata Toding Allo, said that his client was not involved in planning the persecution case against David Ozora. Because AG only followed Mario Dandy Satryo's orders who was his lover.

"We prove it for him there is no element of planning because this is all a setting from Mario," Mangata told VOI, Saturday, March 11.

One of AG's actions, which was said to have followed Mario's orders, was when he sent a photo of a student card to David. Meanwhile, the action was intended so that David would leave his colleague's house and meet Mario.

Mangata also said that in this case Shane Lukas also seemed to be sacrificed by Mario. Because, during the reconstruction there were facts about the incident that Rafael Alun Trisambodo's son was trying to eliminate.

The fact that is trying to be eliminated is about 'free kick'. Mario said from the investigation report (BAP) that Shane mentioned the word provocation.

However, in the Shane reconstruction denied it. At that time he showed gestures to investigators never to say the sentence.

Thus, Mangata suspects Mario wants to sacrifice his client and Shane to appear to have a role in the case of mistreatment of David Ozora.
