The Road At The Horse Statue Towards The Palace Is Closed, A Number Of Transjakarta Routes Diverted

JAKARTA - A number of groups held demonstrations in the Arjuna Wijaya Horse Statue area and in front of the Southwest Monas Cross today. Access to the West Medan Merdeka road towards the State Palace was closed.

In this regard, PT Transjakarta diverted a number of Transjakarta bus routes that passed the area where the demonstration was held.

"The activity of mass action around the Horse Statue area, Central Jakarta, has an impact on several Transjakarta services that have undergone adjustments, both in the form of shortening and diverting routes," said Head of Transjakarta Corporate Secretary Division Apriastini Bakti Bugiansri in his statement, Wednesday, March 8.

Apri said adjustments were made so that people's activities could still be mobilized during the action. Services will return to normal when the line can be passed by the fleet.

Transjakarta services that have experienced adjustments include:

1. Blok M Kota (Koridor 1) experienced route diversions for both directions and there were several bus stops that did not serve customers, namely: Stops that do not serve:- Monas Stop-Bank Indonesia Bus Stop

2. Pantai Maju Balaikota (1A) Mengalami perdepatan rute menjadi Pantai Maju Harmoni. Bus yang tidak melayani pelanggan arah Pulogadung:- Bus stop Monas- Bus stop IRTI- Bus stop Balikota- Bus stop Library nasional

3. Blok M Senen (1P) For the direction of Senen, the route is diverted, while the opposite direction is normal. Bus stop that does not serve customers: - Ministry of Tourism- Monas 1- Monas 2- Monas 3

4. Pulogadung Harmoni (Corridor 2) Experiences route diversion for the direction of Pulogadung, while for the opposite direction it is normal. Stop that does not serve customers towards Pulogadung:- Monas Stop- Gambir Bus Stop 2- Hall City Bus Stop

5. Pulo Gadung - Rawa Buaya (2A) experienced route diversions in both directions. Meanwhile, the direction of Rawa Buaya does not serve the Kwitang Monas bus stop and the direction of Pulogadung does not serve the Monas Gambir 2 bus stop.

6. Juanda - HI Roundabout (2ST) Experiencing route diversion for Juanda direction and opposite direction normal. Bus stop that doesn't serve:- Bank Indonesia bus stop- Monas bus stop

7. PGC Monas (5C) Experiences route diversion for both directions. Stop that does not serve customers: - City Hall- Monas

8. Ragunan Monas via Kuningan (6) Experiences shortening routes to Ragunan - Harmoni. Stops that do not serve customers: - Bank Indonesia Stop - Monas Bus Stop

9. Ragunan Monas via Semanggi (6B) Experiences a shortened route to Ragunan - Harmoni. Stop that does not serve customers: - Bank Indonesia Stop - Monas Bus Stop

10. Tourism Bus service on the Juanda - HI Roundabout (BW2) route is not operational for a while.
