OSAKA - Vice President (Vice President) Ma'ruf Amin arrived in Osaka, Japan, Sunday at 17.00 local time. The vice president, accompanied by his wife Wury Amin, will be on a five-day working visit from 5-9 March 2023.

Previously, the spokesman for Vice President Masduki Baidlowi said that during a working visit in Japan, the Vice President would visit Osaka and Kyoto.

In Osaka, the Vice President will inaugurate the Istiqlal Osaka Mosque in Japan, which is the largest mosque in Japan. The mosque was built by the Indonesian community in Japan.

He said Japan is a country that has also successfully carried out a peaceful religious life well and Indonesia has the same experience.

The vice president as the representative of the Indonesian government will hold a number of bilateral discussions with several elements of the Japanese government, including the governor.

"In addition, there are talks with Indonesians in Japan in Osaka and Kyoto," said Masduki.
