JAKARTA - David's father, the victim of sadistic persecution by Mario Dandy, briefly tweeted after the Polda Metro Jaya upgraded AG (Agnes) status to become the perpetrator. Jonathan has recently shared his son's health condition after receiving treatment at the hospital. As of Thursday, March 2, David has been treated for 10 days at Mayapada Hospital, Jakarta. The incident of the commercial of Mario Dandy Cs took place on February 20. On March 1, Jonathan said his son's condition was starting to improve. David has responded to his movements, hearing and vision. "That's because the prayers of all friends, because this progress is beyond expectations," Jonathan said on Twitter. Director of General Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hengki Haryadi said the status of AG alias Agnes, a female friend of perpetrators of persecution David has been upgraded. "There has been a change in the status of AG (Agnes), which initially consisted of children who were in conflict with the law changing to or increasing their status to become children who are in conflict with the law or in other words change to become perpetrators," said Hengki at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, Jakarta, Thursday, March 2. The increase in Agnes' status is based on the digital forensic examination carried out by investigators, both from WhatsApp chats, videos on cellphones including CCTV footage. "After we conducted an examination involving digital forensics, we found new facts, evidence of chat wa, videos that were on cellphones, then we said we also found CCTV around the crime scene so we could see the role of each person at the crime scene," said Hengki. Hengki emphasized that whoever is guilty must be held accountable before the law. "Yes, of course, if the child (perpetrators) formally is regulated in the judicial law. And this materialized child is regulated in the child protection law," said Hengki. AG girl is suspected of being involved in a series of cases of persecution by David Ozora. This is because she was at the crime scene (TKP) when the persecution took place. AG also invited David to come to the scene on the grounds that he wanted to return the student card. Meanwhile, Mario Dandy Satryo and his partner, Shane, have been named suspects in a series of cases of persecution against Davd Ozora. For Mario, the police charged him with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, subsidiary to Article 351 of the Criminal Code concerning persecution. As for Shean, he was charged with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
