JAKARTA - A young resident of Johar Baru with the initials MN (27) was lying down as a result of being stabbed by the perpetrators of a brawl from the opposing camp. MN victim suffered stab wounds to the head and hands, while the victim was still undergoing treatment.

Kompol Rudy Wira said, currently the victim is still alive and is still undergoing treatment.

"The victim's head and hands were stabbed with sharp weapons (sajam)," he said.

The police also conducted CCTV examinations and a number of witnesses. The cause of the brawl is still being investigated by the police.

"What we are asking for information from local residents, we do not yet know what background caused the brawl," he said.
