The East Aceh Police arrested a goat owner for allegedly sprinkling poison on his goat which was eaten by a Sumatran tiger (Panthera tigris sumatrae). "For his actions, SY is suspected of violating Article 21 Paragraph (2) letter a in conjunction with Article 40 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 5 Year 1990 concerning the conservation of biological natural resources and their ecosystems," said Arif.
