Meanwhile, the draft proposals of the Maluku Provincial Government are regional tax and levy Raperda, regional financial management Raperda, regional spatial planning Raperda, cultural heritage management, and Raperda for tourism ship management.
Benhur explained that the 10 drafts had been prepared by the Maluku DPRD Regional Regulation Formation Agency in the form of a draft formation for further discussion.
"The formation of regional regulations is a manifestation of the authority handed over to local governments in the context of implementing regional autonomy and assistance tasks and accommodating special regional conditions and/or elaboration," said Benhur.

Maluku Deputy Governor Barnabas Orno said the stipulation of the 2003 10-Raperda formation program was entirely a development of people's aspirations.
