The family of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J officially made a police report against Ferdy Sambo, Putri Chandrawathi and Ricky Rizal regarding the loss of money at the Independent Cash Ajungan (ATM).

Brigadier J's family attorney, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak, said that what he reported was related to the crime of theft with violence and / or money laundering.

Furthermore, the report amounted to Rp200 million in cash, then Hutabarat's watch to his personal laptop.

The report is registered with the number LP/B/525/II/2023/SPKT/POLRES METRO JAKSEL/POLDA METRO JAYA dated February 15, 2023, on behalf of Kamaruddin Simanjuntak.

"Tonight we made a police report related to the alleged crime of theft or theft with violence and or money laundering," Kamaruddin told reporters at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday, February 15.

"The clear losses are above 200 million, including cellphones and laptops. Above 200 million because there was a real transfer of money on July 11, which should have been owned by the heirs, until now it has not returned," he continued.

Meanwhile, Brigadier J's mother, Rosti Simanjuntak, hopes that all of Brigadier J's legacy will be given immediately to those who are entitled, namely his family.

"If it belongs to my son, it must be returned to his heirs, because after the child left his parents, he was brutally murdered so that I am entitled to be the mother of the deceased and his brother and father. As a legitimate heir," said Rosti.
