Ibnu said that the recording of the e-KTP of tens of thousands of prisoners and detainees was carried out as a condition for being voters for the 2024 General Election. "Currently, prisoners and detainees are matching data and recording ID cards, NIK, as a condition for prisoners and detainees to become voters in 2024 for elections," said Ibnu at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Tuesday, February 14. In addition, the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of DKI Jakarta is also coordinating with the DKI Provincial Government to carry out the second booster vaccination for prisoners and detainees. Then, continued Ibnu, his party and the DKI Provincial Government work together to integrate Jakarta immigration data. "We also get appreciation from the Acting Governor and follow up, is the collaboration between Disduckcapil and immigration throughout DKI Jakarta through the Dukcapil and Immigration Integration application," he explained. Continuing, the Head of the DKI Jakarta Disdukcapil Budi Awaluddin targets the NIK recording process for e-KTP recording until February 21. This process has been carried out since mid-January. "So our target is February 21, all WBP (citizens in prison (which is in DKI Jakarta, we already know this. We are going down to provide ball pick-up services for geometric testing," said Budi. Meanwhile, regarding the data collection of voters for the 2024 General Election in Jakarta, the DKI Provincial Government has coordinated with the KPUD to use data from the Director General of Dukcapil of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri). As is known, the KPU of DKI Jakarta Province has received data on the potential population of election voters (DP4) as a result of synchronization as stated in the Letter of the Chairman of the Indonesian KPU Number 13/IK.04-SD/4/2023 dated January 4, 2023. The data on the synchronization results between DP4 and the list of continuous updates in DKI Jakarta Province in the 2024 election will reach 8,300,305 people, with details, 4,106,622 male voters and 4,193,683 female voters who are spread across 6 cities/districts, 44 sub-districts and 267 sub-districts in DKI Jakarta Province.
