Black Fortuner Drivers Finally Become Suspects

The South Jakarta Metro Police have officially named a black Fortuner driver with the initials GR (24) as a suspect for alleged damage to a yellow Brio car that occurred in Senopati, South Jakarta, on Sunday, February 12.

"So we apply Article 406, namely the destruction of goods and acts of threats of violence committed by the suspect against the person regulated in Article 335 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code." said South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Ade Ary to reporters, Monday, February 13.

The application of the suspect is based on two pieces of evidence. Then the detention of GR (24) was carried out for further investigation.

Previously, it was reported that a yellow Brio driver with the initials AW was a victim of violence and intimidation by a black Fortuner driver in the Senopati area, South Jakarta, early Sunday, February 12.

The perpetrators of the Fortuner driver threatened the victim using a replica airsoftgun of firearms and katana.

The Fortuner driver came down with long-barreled gun water and banged on the victim's left door window.

"The weapon that was suspected of being an airsoftgun was not shot," said victim AW when confirmed by VOI, Sunday, February 12, afternoon.
