TANGERANG Although it had caused casualties, clashes between two community organizations (ormas) in Kreo Larangan, Tangerang City were successfully suppressed by the Ciledug Police and the Tangerang City Metro Police, Sunday night, February 12.

Zain said that his party immediately communicated and mediated between the two groups of mass organizations involved in the commotion that night.

"We met the two sides last night, after communication was carried out, they agreed to resolve the misunderstanding amicably and promised that there would be no friction again, so the situation was conducive," said Zain.

Nevertheless, the Police Chief added that his staff, both from the Ciledug Police, were backed up by the Police Presisi Team and Police Alert including the TNI and Satpol PP, were still on standby at the location to anticipate provocations and hoax news.

"To anticipate, we will still alert dozens of TNI, Polri, and Satpol PP personnel around the scene," he concluded.
