Perpetrator H alias Cek (28), a resident of the Village Head of Curup, Binduriang District. H was involved in a motorcycle robbery case by robbery on Jalan Lintas Curup-Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra, precisely in Cahaya Negeri Village, Sindang Kelingi District on January 23, 2023. "Suspect H is a recidivist of the same case and only came out in 2018, and is now being secured again at the Sindang Kelingi Police. For his actions, the suspect was charged with Article 365 of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of 9 years in prison," he said.
