Allegedly Harassing Elementary School Students, Teachers Of Religion At Duren Sawit Were Taken To The East Jakarta Police

JAKARTA - An Islamic religious teacher with the initials A was taken to the East Jakarta Metro Police because he was suspected of abusing students at an elementary school (SD) in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. Wearing a batik uniform, the perpetrator with the initials A was seen entering the East Jakarta Metro Police SPKT room. According to the information gathered, the perpetrator was found to have abused students at the elementary school. Staff of the East Jakarta Education Sub-dept., Farida Farhah confirmed the incident. Currently, the religious teacher has been taken to the East Jakarta Metro Police. "Religious teachers, one teacher. The incident is very fast. Our teacher is already at the Resort Police now," Farida told VOI, in Duren Sawit, Thursday, February 9. Regarding the clarity of the violation committed by the perpetrator, Farida admitted that she had not received further information. He is still waiting for the report on the results of the investigation from the East Jakarta Metro Police. "For clarity, later after the results from the East Jakarta Police, what kind of action his actions were taken by our teachers," he said. Currently, the perpetrators are still undergoing examination at the East Jakarta Metro Police PPA Unit. The police have also gathered a number of witnesses from the victim and guardians as well as school teachers.
