Densus 88 Disrespectful Fire Process Bripda HS Killer Online Taxi Driver

The National Police are said to be processing the sanctions for dishonorable dismissal (PTDH) against members of the Special Detachment 88 Anti-terror Police Brigadier HS for the series of violations he committed.

Bripda HS is a suspect in the murder of an online taxi driver in the Cimanggis area, Depok.

"The suspect HS is in the process of dishonorable dismissal (PTDH) for his disciplinary violations and code of ethics," said Head of Batuan Operations for Densus 88 Anti-terror Police Kombes Aswin Siregar, Wednesday, February 8.

In fact, it was stated that Bripda HS committed the crime of collapse shortly after undergoing special placement sanctions (patsus).

The sanction was given because the Densus 88 anti-terror member committed various violations ranging from deceiving his colleagues to playing online gambling.

"On December 5, 2022, the person concerned will be tried in a disciplinary manner with a special placement sentence and a written warning," he said.

On the other hand, Aswin emphasized that the leadership of Densus 88 Anti-terror firmly did not tolerate the action from Bripda HS. In fact, supporting the criminal process against him.

"The Densus 88 Anti-terror leadership does not tolerate violations of the law by members of Densus 88 and supports professional and transparent investigations conducted by the Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya," said Aswin.

Polda Metro Jaya has named Bripda HS as a suspect in the murder of an online taxi driver in Cimanggis, Depok. The results of the examination, the motive behind him was that the member of Densus 88 Polri wanted to control the victim's property.

With this evidence, Bripda HS was immediately hunted. Until finally it was secured at Puri Persada, Sendang Mulya Village, Bekasi, West Java, on January 23.

"Then carry out the investigation process and of course this is an incident, as reported on January 23, the results were obtained from the beginning of the crime scene processing, one identity," said Trunoyudo.

In this case, Bripda HS was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code regarding murder.
