JAKARTA - The Bandarlampung City Government (Pemkot) has sealed the Angel's Wings cafe which has only been operating for a few days. This is because the city government found the misuse of licensing operations.

"We have sealed this (Angel's Wing) because the permit intended for the implementation of cafes in the field is not appropriate," said Bandarlampung Mayor Eva Dwiana, in Bandarlampung, Saturday, February 4 evening.

In the near future, the city government will not conduct an evaluation regarding the sealing of the business location, which is sticking out from Jalan Radin Intan to Jalan Sriwijaya Bandarlampung or in the city center.

According to him, the business licenses submitted to the local city government were restaurants and cafes so that at that time these business activities were allowed to operate. But in reality, many permits were violated in it.

"In it, these cafes and restaurants also sell unlicensed liquor, then operating hours are supposed to close at 22.00 WIB according to regulations, but are violated until 04.00," he said as quoted by Antara.

So, he continued, the Bandarlampung City Government also felt cheated by Angel's Wing, because the business activities carried out were not in accordance with their designation.

The Mayor of Bandarlampung also emphasized that the local city government is very open to anyone who wants to invest or carry out business activities in the city, but must comply with applicable regulations.

"We (the city government) are very open to anyone who wants to invest in this city, but must also comply with applicable regulations. If this is the case, we feel cheated," he said.
