"That the defendant's actions are in order to carry out the office order, so at least the defendant must not be sentenced," said legal adviser Hendra Kurniawan. In this case, the prosecutor charged Hendra Kurniawan with imprisonment for three years. In addition, the former Karo Paminal of the Propam Division was also charged with a fine of Rp. 20 million, subsidiary to three months in prison.
