Anies Baswedan Feels Respected When NasDem Cooperates With PKS

JAKARTA - Former DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan welcomed the NasDem Party coalition and the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS). "I am honored for the trust given by PKS, this is a big trust," said Anies in Solo, Antara, Wednesday, February 1. Anies, who was promoted by the NasDem Party as a prospective presidential candidate in the 2024 General Election, said that this cooperation was not the first time. "We have worked together when PKS carried out DKI Jakarta so that it is sustainable. This is not something new, this is continuing what has been built," he said. According to him, the coalition also serves as a message that all parties in the coalition are pushing for improvement. "To bring social justice must be done together. We are grateful that after last October the NasDem Party was the first, then last week the Democratic Party and this week PKS," he said. With more and more parties joining, he believes the coalition will be stronger. Meanwhile, during his visit to Solo, Anies invited art actors, especially pedalangan in Solo Raya, to conduct private discussions.
