JAKARTA The street singer with the initials WN (53) had the heart to persecute his wife with the initials WS (44) and her son, AN (10). WN abused the two victims because he was upset that the victim did not hear him. As a result of his actions, WN was forced to deal with the Tamansari Police for the abuse case.

The Head of the Tamansari Metro Police, AKBP Rohman Yonky, explained that the perpetrator was arrested after the police received a report. The incident occurred in front of the Bank Mandiri museum, Jalan Pintu Besar Utara, Pinangsia, Tamansari, West Jakarta.

At that time, victim AN and WS, their mother were in front of the Bank Mandiri Museum, Jalan Pintu Besar Utara, Pinangsia, Tamansari. The victim and her mother after busking around the location. Then came the perpetrators of WN, approaching the two victims.

"So one of their families works as a busker," said AKBP Rohman when confirmed by VOI, Wednesday, February 1.

After approaching the two victims, the perpetrators of WN then reprimanded his wife and child who had not returned home. But the perpetrator's wife ignored it, finally the perpetrator got angry and beat his wife and children using an ukulele guitar.

"The perpetrator was annoyed because he ignored what he said until he vented his anger by hitting him using a guitar (uculele) which is usually used to sing," he said.

The victim suffered bruises and abrasions on the right cheek. The victim reported to the Tamansari Metro Police.

"We managed to secure the perpetrators of WN at his residence," he said.

WN was also charged with Article 80 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection.
