JAKARTA - Investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) are questioning the Head of the Papua BRAM PUPR Service Program regarding the intervention of the inactive Papua Governor Lukas Enembe to determine the winner of the project.
Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri said this was investigated by investigators when examining Bram and PT Tabi Bangun Papua Finance Section, Meike on Tuesday, January 31. Both of them met the summons as witnesses to the alleged bribery and gratuities that ensnared Lukas.
"The two witnesses were present and their knowledge was investigated, among others, the alleged interference of suspect LE in determining the winner of the project in the Papua Provincial Government," Ali told reporters, Wednesday, February 1.

The five witnesses included former employees of PT Tabi Bangun Jaya Papua, Andry Rovael Horman; President Commissioner of PT Nirwana Sukses Building, Nurhidayati; private named Benjamin Gurik; Director of PT Rajawali Puncak Jayawijaya, Jefery Ferdy; and private from PT Malebu Husada or PT Nirwana Sukses Building Haji Sukman.
"The witnesses were not present and immediately rescheduled and recalled," said Ali.
Previously, Lukas allegedly received money from the Director of PT Tabi Bangun Papua Rijantono Lakka so that the company could get a job. There was a 14 percent agreement on the value of the contract and payments had to be exempt from tax deductions.
